Qur’an Recitation Course

Qur’an is Allah’s mercy upon His believers in this life and in the hereafter. In life, Qur’an will keep your mind awake and your soul alive, no matter what you go through. In the hereafter, reciting Qur’an paves your way to heaven, and will be your intercessor in the Day of Resurrection.

Therefore, we should be attentive when reading Qur’an; Allah says “And recite the Qur’an a good recital (with measured recitation)” [Al Muzzammil: 4].

All your efforts to recite Qur’an are recoded and rewarded by Allah. The Messenger of Allah PBUH said that “The one who is proficient in the recitation of the Quran will be with the honorable and obedient scribes (Angels) and he who recites the Quran and finds it difficult to recite, doing his best to recite it in the best way possible, will have two rewards.” [Al-Bukhari and Muslim].

Prerequisites:

• +6 years old.

• Arabic language basics.

Learning Objectives:

• Learn how to read Qur’an correctly with basic applied Tajweed.

·         Learn Makharej (articulation points) and Harakat.

• Learn different Qur’an recitations and when to use each one.

Expectations:
